The Lady Tigers survive a close game in Houston, moving their winning streak to 11 games.
Although never trailing in the match, and leading by as much as 18 in the second half, the win would not come easy, as the Lady Ambassadors continued to fight tooth and nail for the victory. In the end, the Lady Tigers defense proved to be too much, with key stops and offense charges taken down the stretch allow the Tigers to pull away in the final moments.
The Tigers had a balanced scoring sheet on an off shooting night. They were led by Jaylen Edmondson with 11 points, but had key contributions from Jordan Hammonds (10), Natalia Silva (8), Ja'Mya Gooch (7), and Cassi Dahn (6).
